This page explains how to delete your SplitEver account and what happens to your data. SplitEver is made by DigitalSync.io Private Limited. If you have any trouble, contact us at support@splitever.com.
To keep shared records fair to other members, account deletion is blocked until:
The app shows a clear message naming the group(s) involved if either applies.
If you have uninstalled the app or can’t sign in, email support@splitever.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. The same conditions in Section 2 apply (we may ask you to settle balances or hand over group admin first).
When you leave a group that has other members, the entries you previously added (for example, expenses you recorded) remain in that group’s history so the remaining members’ records and balances stay accurate. Everything tied solely to your account is removed. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or backup purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
